Introduction

The following is to deal with feats where a character is essentially viewing an object as completely standing still.

For reference, this uses the speed of a snail (0.013 m/s) and the average human running speed (6.35 m/s). The equation is as follows:

Person's Speed = (Object's Speed / Object's Apparent Speed) * Person's Apparent Speed

The way I'm going to handle this is going by each of the low end and high end mach numbers for each speed tiering on our speed page. I'll also afterwards deal with specific objects that are pretty common for someone to view as frozen.

Mach Ranges

Mach 1 to 3

Mach 1 = 343 m/S

(343/0.013)*6.35 = 1.6754230769230769231e5 m/s or Mach 488, Massively Hypersonic.

Mach 3 = 1029 m/S (1029/0.013)*6.35 = 5.0262692307692307692e5 m/s or Mach 1465, Massively Hypersonic.

Mach 5 to Mach 10

Mach 5 = 1715 m/S

(1715/0.013)*6.35 = 8.3771153846153846154e5 m/s or Mach 2442, Massively Hypersonic.

Mach 10 = 3430 m/S

(3430/0.013)*6.35 = 1.6754230769230769231e6 m/s or Mach 4884, Massively Hypersonic.

Mach 17 to Mach 25

Mach 17 = 5831 m/s

(5831/0.013)*6.35 = 2.8482192307692307692e6 m/s or Mach 8303, Massively Hypersonic.

Mach 25 = 8575 m/s

(8575/0.013)*6.35 = 4.1885576923076923077e6 m/s or Mach 12211, Massively Hypersonic.

Mach 43714 to Mach 87403

Mach 43714 = (14993902/0.013)*6.35 = 7.3239444384615384615e9 m/s or 24x SoL, FTL.

Mach 87403 = (29979229/0.013)*6.35 = 1.4643700319230769231e10 m/s or 48x SoL, FTL.

Objects

This is where we'll stop with mach numbers since they're far too wide and inbetween to deal with literally every single one. Even the last ones are in very unrealistic scenarios, but they do give a good idea of just how high frozen objects can get.

Now we'll move on to objects.

Bullets

We'll use the slowest and fastest bullet as a basis. It's apparently agreed a 2mm Kolibri is the slowest bullet which travels at 200 m/s.

(200/0.013)*6.35 = 97692.3076923076923077 m/s or Mach 284, Massively Hypersonic. It's apparently agreed a .220 Swift is the fastest traveling bullet, which travels at 1,284 m/s.

(1284/0.013)*6.35 = 6.2718461538461538462e5 m/s or Mach 1828, Massively Hypersonic.

Electricity

Feels kind of weird to do this cause this is kind of like calc stacking, but the speed of electricity was gathered from this. The accepted method is Supersonic end or 556 m/s.

(556/0.013)*6.35 = 2.7158461538461538462e5 m/s or Mach 791, Massively Hypersonic.

Lightning

The speed of lightning is 440000 m/s.

(440000/0.013)*6.35 = 2.1492307692307692308e8 or 72% SoL, Relativistic.

Light

Speed of Light = 299792458 m/s

(299792458 / 0.013) * 6.35 = 1.4643708525384615385e11 m/s or 488x SoL, FTL.
