After being heavily injured from being tortured, Snake was to able to escape Groznyj Grad without any of his equipment. Later snuck back into Groznyj Grad and was able to disguise himself as an engineer to plant C3 charges on the Shagohod's fuel tanks. Able to sneak around various soldiers looking after him while also having to protect an injured EVA. U.S. government officials were so impressed with Big Boss' performance in Operation Snake Eater that they wanted to create an infiltration unit for top secret sneaking missions like FOX with people like Big Boss in them. Snuck into various CIA operated areas within Costa Rica without being spotted, with said areas having guards with finely honed senses and scouts that specialize in ambushes, who blend into the surrounding terrain and use wires to counter CQC. Able to sneak around tanks and stealthily take out the soldiers that patrol with them. Snuck around various trained CIA snipers and camouflaged enemy scouts that were on the look for Big Boss. Able to sneak around an attack helicopter and stealthily take out the soldiers that patrol with it. Snuck out of a hospital that was under attack while guiding a recovering Venom Snake. Solid Snake stated that Big Boss was better at tracking then he is, with Solid Snake being able to track Naomi's footprints while evading various PMC soldiers with better equipment then what Big Boss has used in his missions. Quiet is also a extremely skilled marksmen, being able to take out a missile by using a gun turret and a moving fighter jet by shooting the pilot with a regular sniper rifle while on a moving helicopter, where her bullets would have to fight air resistance and gravity, with Ocelot noting Quiet has a superhuman sense of spatial awareness, being able to track targets at different focal lengths at once due to being able to use both of her eyes as master eyes. Able to sneak around Metal Gear Sahelanthropus, an extremely large bipedal tank, while having to carry Huey Emmerich. Able to sneak into to various PF occupied military bases without getting spotted, being able to extract various targets in said bases. These PFs are made up of extremely skilled soldiers, with the PF Rouge Coyote having soldiers that are direct descendants from the best special forces in the world, which includes snipers. Able to sneak into Diamond Dogs' mother base after it was taken over by another PF, being able to rescue his soldiers while also taking out their commander without getting spotted, where Venom Snake was unable to be aided by Diamond Dogs.
