About Us

Welcome to The Codex Wiki! This project exists to catalog characters, civilizations, weapons, items, translations, and more from across fiction and real history. We work on this as a passion project, and part of the enjoyment comes from discovering new stories and franchises through each other’s contributions. Many users find series they might never have encountered otherwise, and familiar settings can take on new meaning through fresh perspectives. We also aim to document universes that don’t receive attention elsewhere, whether due to niche appeal, limited available info, or simply a lack of dedicated fan wikis.

We originally were a wiki on fandom, where we were held back on many different things we wanted to implement and random edits from vandalizers, so we opted to move to our own independent website.

Before exploring further, we recommend looking through the rest of the home page. It explains our standards, gives demonstrations for page formatting, and introduces the staff. If you’re unsure where to begin, clicking here is a great starting point.

This wiki is not focused on versus debates or power scaling. The only portion relating to that is the Codex Statistics area on profiles. The Codex exists primarily to organize and present character information, a goal enhanced by the creation of Archetypal Tiering, which considers narrative roles and cross-series interpretation rather than direct power comparison.

Making An Account

To make an account, merely look to the bottom right of your screen where a blank icon should be. Click on it and then click on the "Create Account" button and go through that process. Once your account is created (alternatively click click here), navigate to your preferences page and find the "Email options" section where it should give you a link to confirm your email. Do this process and you will be able to edit!

• In regards to any issues with the statistics, this can either be discussed on the discord or through the appropriate discussion section on the character or verses profile.
• Fixing images that are crusty or blurry to better ones.
• Updating categories for pages missing newer categories.
