-Insert a portrait of the weapon here. Standard size is 400px thumbnail and the alignment is to the right.

Background

-Here you can add info about the weapon.

Appearance (Optional)

Discusses the appearance of the weapon. Bullet point if one has radically different shifts in design. As an example:

  • Pre-Forging Design: Text here.
  • Post-Forging Design: Text here.

General Information

Key: For weapons who have transformation stages/power-ups or who become stronger through certain points of the story, insert those transformations/power-ups/timelines here in bold.

Name: The weapon's true name

Nicknames/Other Names: The weapons common name, epithets, or nicknames.

Origin: The name of the fiction which the weapon is from, with a link to the Verse page

First Appearance: For when a weapon first debut in a fictional work (Should note the name of the series and official chapter number, episode number, game, etcetera).

Latest Appearance: For when a weapon last appeared in a fictional work (If their latest appearance was in a non-canonical entry it should go latest canonical appearance first, then non-canonical appearance second).

Company: The company the weapon is from.

Creator: The creator of the series the weapon is from.

Actor: If the weapon is living and in a series that has actors/voice actors.

Gender: If the weapon has a gender.

Sex: If the weapon has a sex.

Sexuality: If the weapon has a sexuality.

Pronouns: If the weapon has pronouns.

Age: Time since the weapon's creation

Birthday: If the weapon has a birthday.

Time Period: The time period the weapon is in, this can be denoted as the official year the story takes place in, the era the story takes place in, the dynasty the story takes place in, etcetera. If no official time period is given and it cannot be reasonably assumed, simply put "Unknown".

Timeline: The timeline the weapon is in, normally this will be listed as "Main timeline" as the profile will normally be for a weapon apart of the main canon of their story. Though official timeline names should be listed. For weapons apart of alternate timelines not apart of the main continuity, normally using a fanon term is fine here. For example, for Sonia Belmont, her timeline name would be "Legends Timeline" indicating that she's in the timeline of Castlevania Legends.

Homeworld: The homeworld the weapon comes from.

Residence: Where the weapon is currently stored.

Story Role: The story role of the weapon.

Legacy: Weapon's overall legacy, the various types can be viewed on the page, this should have a parenthesis explaining the reasoning for their legacy rating. A weapon's legacy is normally noted upon by a great many of people, such as the legendary Vampire Killer or Master Sword.

Influence: Weapon's overall influence, the various types can be viewed on the page, this should have a parenthesis explaining the reasoning for their influence type.

Language: The language the weapon speaks if it is sentient and alive, this may be confusing due to localizations, however, the language should always default to the country of origin for media like that. For example, if a localized Japanese media has the characters speaking with others in Shibuya, Japan, it is clear that they're not meant to actually be speaking English and are actually speaking Japanese unless the original media says otherwise. Along with this, for series taking place in fantasy worlds with alien languages or fantasy-based languages without any official name, will simply be listed as "The Common Language", a term from DND to express when many species all speak a universal language with no official name. For characters that can speak multiple languages, one should list either Multilingualism or list all of the languages they can speak.

Classification: Weapon type classification (e.g.: sword, spear, etc.)

Species/Object: The specific type of weapon it is or if it's apart of a species in the fictional series.

State of Being: The state of being of the weapon.

Physiology: The physiology/makeup of the weapon.

In-Universe Creator: Who created the weapon.

Ammo: The amount of bullets or projectiles a weapon can use before it runs out. Note if the weapon does not use projectiles (such as a sword) this is not necessary

Wielders: People who use (or have used) the weapon

Height: The height of a weapon (optional and only needed if a weapon's official height is listed).

Weight: The weight of a weapon (optional and only needed if a weapon's official weight is listed).

Status: The status of the weapon, as most weapons are not biological and inorganic, the status names are as followed: (Still Usable, Destroyed, Other, Inactive, Unknown).

Date of Destruction/Death: If it's destroyed/dead, give the time period or event it happened in.

Alignment: The alignment of the weapon if it's living. Unaligned/None otherwise.

Protection Level: Weapons protection level.

Threat Level: Weapons threat levels.

Notable Techniques

A list of some abilities the weapon generally uses.

Other

Weaknesses: Weapons weaknesses, this can apply to in-universe only weaknesses, weapon flaws, or technical unconventional weaknesses of their abilities the verse never really explores or notes.

Feats: List all of the weapon's amazing feats.

Note: Extra things to note that aren't already listed on the profile through references or the explanations section.

Explanations

This section can be used to explain the reasons for the assigned power level of a certain weapon more in-depth, as well as how the powers and nature of the weapon fundamentally work. This is particularly useful for more high-tiered weapons.

Miscellaneous Feats

As there are many different kinds of feats within fiction, only the relevant feats should be noted in Attack Potency, Durability, Speed, Lifting Strength, Striking Strength, etcetera. In this section a collection of overall feats the weapon manages should be listed, this gives further indexing for the impressive array of things a weapon has done. It should also be noted that any category is fine. Showing off a weapon natural skills, such as cooking, acrobatics, intelligence, etcetera that's not a direct relevant feat on the statistics area above can also be listed here.

Trivia

An optional addition where you can add numerous facts about a weapon.

Gallery

Put other pictures of the weapon here.

Misconceptions

This section deals with weapon-based misconceptions, usually popular headcanons that aren't actually within canon or misinformation spread about a weapon.

Codex Statistics Questions

This section is for profiles with statistics that may have one ask questions. It should normally be formatted in a Q&A format.

References

Any feats listed that gives a quote from a novel or episode/manga chapter number should go in this section with a "<References/> or "{{scroll box|content={{reflist|2}}}}

Categories

For weapons profiles, always insert the category "Weapons", as well as one with the name of the related franchise here.

You should preferably also always add the tier for the weapon. These go from "Tier 11" to "Tier 1", and also include "Unknown Tier".
