Matter Manipulation

Molecule Man (Marvel Comics) is an infamous Manipulator of the Fundamental building blocks of the verse, to the point that he can create Omniverses in boxes casually.

Overview

Matter Manipulation is the ability to manipulate the fundamental building blocks of the verse, with this the User can theoretically create anything they desire in a physical sense, and can manipulate, reduce and recreate anything on the smallest scale.

The Scale

Molecular Manipulation

The ability to manipulate molecules and their bonds. Applications at this level include effects such as changing the nature of materials such as Iron's ability to conduct electricity, or the chemical energy of wood. The User can break down and recreate any physical thing on the molecular level.

Atomic Manipulation

The User can manipulate atoms themselves, at this level the User can change the fundamental nature of atoms and their properties. This allows the user to transmute any physical thing into another, as well as destroying and breaking things down on an atomic level. The User may also be able to affect Virtual Particles

Sub-Atomic Manipulation

The ability to manipulate the protons and neutrons, as well as their Antithesis, such as the Positron. The User can break apart of weak attractive forces within Atoms and can influence theoretically any physical thing in the Universe.

Macro-Quantum Manipulation

This gives the User the ability to manipulate quarks, bosons, Gluons, Photons, Higgs Bosons, etc. and leptons, Electrons, Muons, Positrons, Tau Particles, and Neutrinos. With all this, the User gains access to additional powers on top of being able to affect what could be theoretically everything in the Universe, such as Light Manipulation, Darkness Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, etc.

Quantum Manipulation

The ability to manipulate 1-Dimensional Quantum Strings and affect any physical thing on the Plank Length. With this, the User can manipulate the underlying information packets of the Universe and can alter the form of space-time within the Universe.
