Background
Hair Manipulation is the ability to control hair, generally one's own, and use it in combat, generally to attack others with thick tendrils of hair, though many users can manipulate their own hair more precisely to make more complex constructs. The hair of many users is also prehensile, allowing them to manipulate and lift objects. Variation of Thread Manipulation.
