Introduction
Raditz makes an explosion that is bigger than a few mountains.
The Calculation
Building our Final Equation
So we'll use Japan's mountains as our reference for simplicity. Larger mountains in Japan average in height at around three-thousand meters in height, which makes sense here given this mountain is rather large.

Using the mountain in the panel as our reference, this makes the explosion's diameter 11170.212766 meters, giving us 11.170212766 kilometers.
Lastly, we'll be using the ground formula, as per the fact that this feat is being on the ground it appears to have a hemisphere shape.
EDIT: Re-looking at the shot, it seems the explosion happened in the air, the anime showcases this also along with Kai.
Final Equation
Air Explosion is Y = ((x/0.28)^3)/1000 Y = ((11.170212766/0.28)^3)/1000 Y = 63.4907185794605706 Megatons of TNT or Metropolis level
