NOTE: Most things from here have been added to the Mario page already.

Immearsuble Speed

As stated during the start of Super Paper Mario, The Void is a hole in the very dimensional fabric of space. As we all know, it will eventually comsume every single world. However, this isn't it. As we can see, The Void is visible in the sky for every single world you go to. Each world in Super Paper Mario is treated as a separate universe, as Mario's world is referred to as a separate dimension. But not only that, every world in the game is a seperate dimension, as Merlon states that all dimensions will be destroyed too. So as we said before, The Void is visible in each world, which we discussed are dimensions. Thus meaning The Void eixsts in different universes at the same time, as well as move since The Void is constantly growing. It's also stated that Flipside is between dimensions, adding further proof. Thus The Void has immearsuble speed for moving and existing in different universes at the same time.

As for the scalling. The Chaos Heart was the creation for The Void. Naturally it should scale as this is its creation. The Pure Hearts/Purity Heart was also capable of reversing all of The Void's effects. That's not all. As we can see, Mario and co are capable of moving inside of The Void after it destroyed World 6. Additionally, Super Dimentio stated that he would have destroyed all worlds and recreate them, implying that he would have survived The Void's destruction.

Memory Manipulation

This is short, but useful. Cappy should be able to get memory manipulation in the form of Mario being able to see all of the memories from whoever he captures. Allowing him to know whar kind of attacks they do, how they fight, what's their weakness, etc. Basically all of their memory. We can see this during the start and at the end of the game. We can see visuals of the characters memories. This also might explain why Mario is capable of using said captured enemies powers without any form of practice.

Type 8 Immortality

So the Pure Hearts do have another important ability, which yes, is immortality. The reason for this is that the Pure Hearts are reliant on love itself. As Garson states, the source for its power is love, and the Pure Hearts are the embodiment of it. Extra evidence. And because of this, it allows the users to not die. Stated by Tippi herself, as long as they feel love, the Pure Hearts will continue to exist. This means that as long as love exists, the Pure Hearts continue to exist.

Concept Manipulation

In Paper Mario Color Splash, the main point of the game is paint. Paint is a concept. As shown in the game, paint encompasses everything. And I mean everything. Paint is shown to be all of landliquidlife (Once bringing Toad back via paint, Huey states that paint gives life. Additionally, paint can return the blood, organs, and skin to an old fossil that's been dead years ago), mind (Paint can speak to your mind by coloring your thoughts. Paint was able to take over Bowser's body and freely act on their own. Big Paint Stars are also shown to be alive), memory (Toad couldn't remember anything with the loss of paint on his head. Returning paint gave his memories back), emotionsspace (even simple holes require paint to function as holes) and souls.

So it's pretty clear paint is a concept. Removing paint will make anything not function properly. As shown before, characters are lifeless without paint and objects don't work and liquds don't function like liquids. Meaning everything needs paint. In battle, any of Mario's attacks such as basic jumping will remove paint from your body. Now before people say Mario himself needs paint, keep in mind that paint is only used to power up Battle Cards. Even if you run out of paint, you are still able to use Battle Cards without paint and still remove it from enemies. This allows Mario to remove your paint with any of his attack. He's also resistant to this, as other enemies are able to remove paint when attacking others, yet he only takes simple damage and doesn't become blank when being slurped by Shy Guys unlike Toad.

So, what type of concept manipulation? Well, as it's shown, paint covers all of reality. Removing any paint would stop making anything working. It's everything. So type 3, right? Well, I could argue for a possibly type 2. Does paint already exist outside of Mario's reality? Well, with Huey's Cutout ability, this allows Mario to transcend his own dimension and manipulate it. Because of this, paint should still be able to exist there too, since you can freely paint Thing cards after transcending your dimension. So I'd go for type 3, possibly 2.

Now for scalling. Obviously Mario gets it. But just him? Well, this is going to sound crazy. But this applies to everyone. This is because everyone, and I literally mean everyone, in Color Splash can remove paint from others when attacking. We know this because Shy Guys are shown doing this, or using Enemy Cards can also remove paint from others. As well as a mere Goomba. So essentially everyone gets it. And this applies to just standard attacks. Now as far as I'm aware resistance-wise, we know Mario gets it simply from not losing paint when being attacked. Though you can argue Peach, Bowser, and Luigi do as well. Hear me out. The Void destroys everything, and this should include paint. I see no reason as to why it shouldn't since space is just covered with paint. And much like when removing paint from people or objects, it's just white. Much like The Void after destroying World 6. So since the cast survived it, they get a resistance. So only the four heroes.

The last thing I want to bring up for paint. Is it sentient? I'd say yes. As shown above, paint can directly speak to your mind on its own, as well as speak and has full control over itself with black paint. Big Paint Stars even have memories and can speak to your mind. Meaning the paint is sentient. But can it dream? I mean not all sentient beings can dream right, we know plants and fish don't. But... not for Mario's case. Since we can already see fish sleep in several games like Super Mario World, or plants like the pirahna plants or the hills in SMB3, it's likely they can. This is the same series where clouds, keys, blocks, literal cells, and many other objects are alive. So I'd say they can dream. This will be important.

Low 2-C Base Forms

Yes, I think the main cast should get a 4-A, possibly Low 2-C rating. And I will explain why.

Culex - Mario, alongside the cast, was able to defeat Culex. Said character was able to have power over all of creation, and holds all of time itself. (Assuming the prior revisions with Culex are accepted first.)

Power Stars - As we know, the plot of 64 is that Bowser created different worlds. How big are they? Well, they are reffered to as a world twice. It's also stated that Bowser was going to ecompass said paintings into all of reality. Additionally, Big Boo is stated to come from an extra-dimensional place. It should also be noted that they do have their own flow of time as Wiggler states he can see the stars appear during night, and Tick Tock Clock's flow of time varies on the time of the clock. So we know that these paintings are referred to as different worlds, be extra-dimensional, and have their own flow of time. Sounds like Low 2-C.

Black Jewel - Black Jewel has already been accepted as a Low 2-C, but a brief summarization is it created its own universe and Wario was able to defeat it. This scales to Mario and co.

Grand Star - Once again, it's already accepted ad Low 2-C. Basically Mario and Luigi were able to fight several characters that used the Grand Star to make themselves stronger, with the Bros being stronger.

The Void - The four heroes were able to survive the destruction of Sammer Kingdom from an incomplete Void. The potency of this goes to Low 2-C, as The Void is consistently stated to be able to destroy worlds. It's also stated to be able to destroy time and space.

Megabug - Mario with his friends and Rabbids were able to harm and defeat the Megabug, which caused Mario's world to go unstable. Better details here (I am lazy. Credit to Merlight)

King Olly - King Olly was consistently stated to want to fold the entire world. It's later shown he was actually folding the very fabric of reality. As the fight goes on, King Olly seems to distort the background more. Everything returns to normal after his defeat.

In total that's 7 Low 2-C feats.

Multiversal+ Pure Hearts/Chaos Heart

Sound crazy, doesn't it? Well I typed up my reasonings here. We already know The Void would destroy all. Scales only to Pure Heart/Chaos Heart users and maybe The Ancients.

Intellegence Upgrade

I think Mario should go from Genius to Extraordinary Genius. Along with what he already has, he's also created functioning robots in Donkey Kong Junior. As well as the Mini-Marios, which function in combat against DK and other enemies. Additionally, he's the one who makes his own pills in Dr. Mario. In Dr. Mario 64, his megavitamins [http:// can cure people with the flu instantly, and are stated to cure anything.] The colored viruses are lethal, as in Super Paper Mario, a Shayde has stated to have died from them. Mario's megavitamins are also wanted by Mad Scienstein, a scientist, researcher, robotics engineer and archaeologist. This is because he needed them to cure a cold he himself couldn't cure. He's also assited in curing patients from a virus outbreak.

What Supergaurd parries/negates

Physical attacks, Life Absorption, Fire Manipulation, Poison Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Sleep Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Statistics Reduction, Paralysis Inducement, Mind Manipulation, Size Manipulation, Time Stop, Sleep Manipulation, Power Nullification, Vibration Manipulation, Darkness Manipulation, Magic

Note: Supergaurd is an ability in TTYD which let's Mario counter any attack in the game. With this, he just completely negates your own attack and can get rid of the side effects, such as poision for example. What Mario can negate for what we know is every attack we've seen in TTYD only. This is an ability towards base Mario.

Mario's Standard Equipment

Hammer, Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, Starman, 1-Up Mushroom, Froggy Suit, Hammer Suit, Jugem's Cloud, Super Leaf, Tanooki Suit, Music Box, Whistle, P-Wing, Cape Feather, Balloon, Mega Mushroom, Blue Shell, Ice Flower, Penguin Suit, Propeller Mushroom, Mini-Mushroom, Boomerang Flower, Gold Flower, Acorn Mushroom, P-Acorn Mushroom, Super Bell, Lucky Bell

Note: The reason as to why these are standard equipment is due to the fact that Mario can keep these items. Every since Super Mario Bros 3, it's common that the mainline games can let you get a power-up, keep it, and use it whenever you want both inside and outside a level. Keep in mind this is only using mainlines and ones that specifically give you item storage. I am not including White Tanooki nor anything else like the Goomba Mask or Cannon Box as you cannot keep those nor put them in inventory.

Star Spirits

Summoning, Healing (Refresh, Smooch), Sleep Manipulation (Lullaby), Danmaku (Star Storm), Statistics Reduction (Chill Out), Time Stop (Time Out), Transmutation and BFR (Up & Away), Power Nullification (Star Beam/Peach Beam), Wish-Granting (The Star Spirits are able to grant wishes with the Star Rod)

Note: These abilities should go towards Mario's base form as he uses this Star Spirits via summoning and not needing anything specific.

Crystal Stars

Healing (Sweet Treat, Sweet Feast), Vibration Manipulation (Earth Tremor), Time Stop (Clock Out), Statistics Amplification (Power Lift), Durability Negation (Earth Tremor, Art Attack, Show Stopper, Supernova), Sealing and Soul Manipulation (Sealed the Shadow Queen), Immortality (Type 1; Stopped Grubba from aging), Life Manipulation (Drained other people's strength), Resistance Negation (Removed the Shadow Queen's resistances to any status effect and attacks). Resistance to Curse Manipulation, Sealing, BFR, and Soul Manipulation (Being in possession of the Crystal Stars nullifies the Shadow Queen's curse, which seals your soul into a chest), Possession (Used the Ruby Star to get his body back from Doopliss. Unaffected by the Shadow Queen, who possesed Peach), Mind Control

Pixls

Teleportation, Dimensional Travel, Information Analysis (Tippi/Tiptron), Explosion Manipulation (Boomer), Intangibility, Invisibility (Slim), Forcefield Creation, Attack Reflection (Barry), Size Manipulation (Dottie), Spatial Manipulation and possibly BFR (Fleep), Statistics Amplification (Dashell), Purification (Piccolo)

Stickers

Duplication, Paralysis Inducment (Clone Jump), Sleep Manipulation (Baahammer, Pillow, Bed, Luxurious Bed), Fire Manipulation (Burn Hammer, Fire Flower, Magnifying Glass, Matches, Lighter) Ice Manipulation (Chillhammer, Ice Flower, Shaved Ice, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator), Attack Reflection (Tail, Sponge), Vibration Manipulation (POW Block, Cell Phone, Jackhammer), Healing (Mushroom, 1-Up Mushroom, Cake), Poison Manipulation (Poison Mushroom), Explosion Manipulation (Bomb), Air Manipulation (Bellows, Paper Fan, Fan, Mini Vacuume, Upper Vacuume, Vacuume), Water Manipulation (Watering Can, Faucet, Teapot, Soda, Squirt Gun, Rubber Ducky), Sound Manipulation (Trumpet, Violin, Guitar), Light Manipulation (Lightbulb, Flashlight, Searchlight) Electricity Manipulation (Watch Battery, D-Cell Battery, Car Battery), Heat Manipulation (Radiator, Hair Dryer, Oven), Pseudo Forcefield Creation (Power Puff, Car Sponge), Time Stop (Pocket Watch, Kersti), Statistics Amplification (Boombox, Kersti), Spatial Manipulation, Dimensional Travel, Higher-Dimensional Existence, Higher-Dimensional Manipulation, BFR, Sealing (Kersti)

Note: The reasoning for Kersti's abilities is because Paperize, similar to Cutout, lets the user leave their own world. What happens during this is that time is completely stopped, and they can manipulate their world. The main ability for this is that you can rip out a person or object from existence like a sticker. With this, Mario can either just seal you inside his book or just leave you alone and throw you away, unable to reform yourself.

Battle Cards (Color Splash)

Fire Manipulation (Blazehammer, Fire Flower, Lava Bubble, Piranha Plant, Fire Bro, Magnifying Glass), Ice Manipulation (Ice Flower, Ice Bro, Ice Pick), Vibration Manipulation (POW Block, Sledge Bro), Healing (Mushroom, Slurp Guy, Slurp Snifit), Attack Reflection (Tail), Summoning (Enemy Cards), Transmutation (Life Bandit), Water Manipulation (Cheep Cheep, Blooper, Teapot, Washing Machine), Explosion Manipulation (Bob-Omb), Magic (Kamek), Fear Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Power Nullification (Koopalings), Air Manipulation (Fan, Hair Dryer), Limited Flight (Balloons), Light Manipulation (Instant Camera, Lightbulb), Sound Manipulation (Megaphone), Broadway Force (Disco Ball), Dimensional Travel, Higher-Dimensional Existence, Higher-Dimensional Manipulation, Time Stop, Existence Erasure (Huey)

Note: The higher dimensional moves are almost exactly like Kersti's. With this, Mario can transcend his dimension and manipulate the world. This can let Mario make objects disappear as well.

Power Stars

Magic (Power Stars are stated to have magic), Statistics Amplification (Mario gets more power and stronger, upon gaining a star), Healing (Power Stars can heal damages upon touch), Mind ManipulationTransmutationCorruptionMorality Manipulation, & Empathic Manipulation (Wiggler states the star makes him feel strangehe’s extremely irritatedwhich after getting rid of the star he suddenly felt far better and more calmBowser was going to turn all of the residents from the painting world into monsters), Madness Manipulation (Stated by Toad that being locked up in the walls caused the Toads to slowly become brainwash and fall into madness), Purification (Returning all power stars to the castle caused peace to return to the worlds), Flight (Grabbing the Jumbo Star grants the user flight, as well as normal Power Stars), Spatial Manipulation (Bowser used the Power Stars to create an endlessly looping staircase and power stars can be alternatively used to override the endless staircase and turn it back into a normal staircase), Power Bestowal (Bowser states he was the one to give his troops their powers), Dimensional Travel (One collecting a Power Star allows them to leave the dimension within the paintings), Resurrection (Was revived by a power star given by Bowser), Energy Manipulation (Toad states that the Castle is recovering its energy due to Mario collecting power stars), Willpower Manipulation (The power stars gave Mario more courage from the castle), Possible Life Manipulation (Toad said that life was returning to the castle thanks to the power of the stars), Sealing (Bowser used the power stars to trap everyone inside the walls of the castle), Power Nullification & Sealing Negation (Power Stars can override the seal Bowser placed on the doors), CreationReality Warping & Space-Time Manipulation (Bowser has created and shaped his own worlds inside of the paintings with the power of the Stars), Black Hole Creation (Power Stars have been shown to be black holes), Matter Manipulation (A single Power Star is able to completely remodel the spaceship Lubba was on to work for Mario), Size Manipulation (Power Stars increase the size of various enemies), Forcefield Creation (Can create a barrier across an area), Teleportation (Can teleport around), Fire Manipulation (Can shoot fireballs), Summoning (Can summon other beings)

Note: Additonally, the new abilities also gives new resistances to most Power Star users, because they aren't affected by the side effects or being fine inside like Wiggler or Toad. Thus would give resistances to: Mind Control, Corruption, and Morality Manipulation. Also credit to GiverOfThePeace (His original blog) for finding all of these abilities and linking them.

Badges

Statistics Amplification, Durability Negation (Bump Attack can kill weak enemies by running into them, D-Down Jump/Hammer ignores defense), Probability Manipulation (Enemies have chances to miss their attacks), Status Effect Inducement, Healing, Earth Manipulation, Information Analysis (Can see how much health his opponent has), Size Manipulation, Sleep Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Supernatural Luck, Air Manipulation, Damage Transferal (Return Postage) Resistance to Posion Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Sleep Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Paralysis Inducement, Size Manipulation, Statistics Reduction, Time Stop, and Power Nullification

Battle Cards (Paper Jam)

Healing, Statistics Amplification, Statistics Reduction, Transmutation, Absorption, Damage Nullification, Supernatural Luck, Paralysis Inducement

Music Keys (Dancing)

Broadway Force (Here), Plant Manipulation (Made a mushroom grow bigger), Transmuation (Can turn others into music notes), Matter Manipulation (Restored a hotel that was turned into a corkscrew into its original form), Technology Manipulation (Made a roller coaster go faster), Morality Manipulation (Made Boos become friendly), Ice Manipulation (Made an ice tower larger), Life Manipulation (Made a group of logs dance), Creation (Created a Fire Flower and rocket) | Empathic Manipulation (Made Bowser feel happy), Purification (Type 1, reversed Bowser's landscape), Weather Manipulation via Music Keys

Note: Besides that last two, the other abilities goes into Mario's base form. He actually never used the music keys at all until the end of the game. Even at the start when he had nothing, his dancing is able to do all of this. It was never shown nor hinted Mario used a music key during any of the dancing. The other two were displayed by Music Keys.

Other (Spin-offs, RPGS, mainline, etc)

Instinctive Reaction (Hoohooros Slacks passively gaurds), Absorption (Self heals when attacking via Queen's Token), Durability Negation (Pummel Badge and Bye-Bye Gloves can possibly defeat an enemy with one hammer hit, Pure Water one-shots ghosts), Damage Transferal (Payback Wear), Resistance Negation (Jump Boots), Forcefield Creation (Block Block), Danmaku (Shooting Star), Poison Manipulation (Bad Mushroom), Fear Manipulation (Fright Mask, Fright Bomb), Summoning (Can summon Yoshi via Yoshi Cookie)

Resistance to Disease Manipulation (A-OK Wear nullifies getting sick), Size Manipulation (Healthy Ring)

Ressurection (Gumption Socks, Hero Wear)

Scaling Chain

Generally a scaling chain  for Mario is difficult because of how different games work. So this one will be a general WIP. I won't say Mario gets stronger from every game as nothing proves this. The RPGs however work as those are consistent with statements and showings for who gets stronger. We start with Yoshi's Story as this is where they start with the first 4-A feat. As the list continues from game to game, the characters are above from before.

Inviso < Cloudjin < Don Bongo

Burt Brothers < Gilbert the Gooey < Hector the Reflector < Big Bungee Piranha < Bessie Bass < Priscilla < Six Face Sak < Big Guy the Stilted < Moltz the Very Goonie

Big Montgomery < Burt the Bashful < Knot-Wing Koopa < Bunson the Hot Dog < Big Montgomery (Part 2) < Miss Cluck < Naval Piranha < Big Montgomery (Part 3) < Snifberg the Unfeeling < Knot-Wing the Koopa (Part 2)

Octo Pirate < Tin-Can Condor < Spike the Piranha < Burt the Ball < Shogun < Gator Train < Mr. Geary

Kamek < Baby Bowser < Giant Baby Bowser < The Great King Bowser < Mega Baby Bowser < Bowser < Yoshi (Baby Bowser nor Yoshi should be weaker than the other bosses)

Inviso < Cloudjin < Don Bongo < Burt Brothers < Gilbert the Gooey < Hector the Reflector < Big Bungee Piranha < Bessie Bass < Priscilla < Six Face Sak < Big Guy the Stilted < Moltz the Very Goonie < Big Montgomery < Burt the Bashful < Knot-Wing Koopa < Bunson the Hot Dog < Big Montgomery (Part 2) < Miss Cluck < Naval Piranha < Big Montgomery (Part 3) < Snifberg the Unfeeling < Knot-Wing the Koopa (Part 2) < Octo Pirate < Tin-Can Condor < Spike the Piranha < Burt the Ball < Shogun < Gator Train < Mr. Geary < Kamek < Baby Bowser < Giant Baby Bowser < The Great King Bowser < Mega Baby Bowser < Bowser < Yoshi (Baby Bowser nor Yoshi should be weaker than the other bosses)

After that, Mario grows. Duh. And Mario in SMB3 is stated to be stronger than before. Since it implies he's changed since SMB, we start from there. But hold on. We're going to jump game feats. Super Mario 64 basically takes the 4-A/Low 2-C feat but makes the feat 21x better. This is because Bowser made 21 realms. Tiny-Huge Island contains 2. Along with the 15 main worlds, this excludes the extra stages (Mario, Luigi, and Wario paintings. Bowser's 3 boss worlds. Hazy Maze Cave's portal). We are going to scale this to baby Mario and Luigi. Why? Because they can harm bosses from Partners in Time, which is after 64. So the Bros upscale from that feat due to being stronger than the babies and would chronologically scale from here. So just keep in mind, they scale above the 64 feat from this point.

Mario/Luigi < Bowser < Mario/Luigi (Power-Ups)

Birdo < Mouser < Red Birdo < Tryclyde < Robirdo < Fry Guy < Green Birdo < Clawgrip < Hawkmouth < Wart < Peach < Toad < Luigi < Mario

Boom Boom < Larry Koopa < Morton Koopa Jr. < Wendy O. Koopa < Iggy Koopa < Roy Koopa < Lemmy Koopa < Ludwig von Koopa < Luigi < Mario < Bowser < Mario/Luigi (Power-Ups)

Mario/Luigi (SMB) < Bowser (SMB) < Mario/Luigi (Power-Ups, SMB) < Birdo < Mouser < Red Birdo < Tryclyde < Robirdo < Fry Guy < Green Birdo < Clawgrip < Hawkmouth < Wart < Peach < Toad < Luigi (SMB2) < Mario (SMB2) < Boom Boom < Larry Koopa < Morton Koopa Jr. < Wendy O. Koopa < Iggy Koopa < Roy Koopa < Lemmy Koopa < Ludwig von Koopa < Luigi (SMB3) < Mario (SMB3) < Bowser (SMB3) < Mario/Luigi (Power-Ups, SMB3)

Peach < Mallow < Mario < Bowser < Croco < Mack < Belome < Mallow (Bowyer Battle) < Peach (Should scale) < Geno (Bowyer Battle) < Mario (Bowyer Battle) < Bowser (Should scale) < Bowyer < Croco (Battle 2) < Punchinello < Grate Guy & Knife Guy < Chef Torte & Apprentice < Bundt and Raspberry < King Calamari < Jonathan Jones < Yaridovich < Mallow Clone < Peach Clone < Geno Clone < Mario Clone < Bowser Clone < Belome (Battle 2) < Jagger < Jinx < Jinx (Battle 2) < Jinx (Battle 3) < Smilax < Megasmilax < Birdo < Dodo < Valentina < Czar Dragon < Zombone < Axem Green < Axem Pink < Axem Black < Axem Red < Axem Yellow < Blade < Magikoopa < Boomer < Exor < Ding-A-Lings < Count Down < Domino < Cloaker < Mad Adder < Clerk < Manager < Director < Factory Chief < Gunyolk < Smithy < Smithy (True Form) < Culex < Mallow (Max Level) < Peach (Max Level) < Geno (Max Level) < Mario (Max Level) < Bowser (Max Level)

Note: It is implied the cast did get stronger, as characters like Bowyer stated to be stronger than Geno, after taking a hit. Later you fight a stronger version of Bowyer, but he's defeated easily. This goes for even later bosses, such as Yaridovich and the Axem Rangers.

Now the cast does get stronger eventually as 64 had the feat in the first place. PiT makes it weird, but that's Mario for ya.

Big Mr. I < Big Boo < Chill Bully < Big Bully < King Bob-Omb < Whomp King < Eyerok < Wiggler < Goomboss < King Boo < Chief Chilly < Yoshi < Luigi < Mario < Wario < Bowser < Bowser (Big Star) < Playable Cast (Power Stars)

From now on, we reach to the point where the cast grows much much stronger. Almost all of this scalling chain is purely on RPGs. So let's start.

Mario (Early Game) < Jr. Troopa < Red and Blue Goomba < Goomba King < Magikoopa < Fake Bowser < Koopa Bros. < Jr. Troopa (Fight 2) < Blooper < Buzzar < Tutankoopa < Electro Blooper < Tubba Blubba < Tubba Blubba's Heart < Jr. Troopa (Fight 3) < Big Lantern Ghost < General Guy < Fuzzipede < Lava Piranha < Jr. Troopa (Battle 4) < The Master (Partial Strength) < Anti-Guy < Super Blooper < Kent C. Koopa < Lakilester < Huff N. Puff < Jr. Troopa (Battle 5) < Crystal King < The Master (Semi-Serious) < Koopa Bros. (Stated to be far more powerful than before) < Jr. Troopa (Final Battle, one-shotted all 4 Koopa Bros at their best) < The Master (Full Power) < Partners < Bowser (Depowered) < Mario (End Game) < Bowser (Star Rod)

Note: Mario at the start of the game gets stomped by Bowser with the Star Rod. At the end of it, Mario doesn't get stomped. Jr. Troopa is a boss who consistently gets stronger and can stand up to Mario. In each battle he gains an upgrade. The Koopa Bros were an early game boss, who later come back and state they've became much stronger than they expected. Jr. Troopa was able to one-shot all four of them.

Bowser < Fawful (Battle 1) < Tolstar < Hoohooros < Dragohoho < Queen Bean < Popple (Battle 1) < Rookie (Battle 1) < Wiggler < Chuckolator < Cackletta < Popple (Battle 2) < Rookie (Battle 2) < Mom Piranha < Trunkle < Hermie III < Piranha Bean < Popple (Battle 3) < Jojora < Chucklissa < Popple (Battle 4) < Birdo < Iggy Koopa < Morton Koopa Jr. < Lemmy Koopa < Ludwig von Koopa < Roy Koopa < Wendy O. Koopa < Larry Koopa < Fawful (Battle 2) < Bowletta < Cackletta's Soul < Luigi < Mario

Note: Bowser in this game is shown weaker at the start. Not only is he defeated by Mario, but later on gets defeated by Fawful easily. Meanwhile the Bros can survive the attacks, Luigi even easily hammers him later.

Lord Crump (Battle 1) < Gus < Blooper < Hooktail < Marilyn (Battle 1) < Vivian (Pre-Partner) < Beldam (Battle 1) < Magnus Von Grapple < Partners (Pre-Mini Yoshi) < Mario (Pre-Mini Yoshi) < Armored Harriers (None were able to harm them) < Bowser (Battle 1) < Rawk Hawk < Macho Grubba < Atomic Boo < Doopliss/Shadow Mario (Battle 1) < Partners (Doopliss Battle 2) < Doopliss (As Mario) < Vivian (Doopliss Battle 2) < Mario (Doopliss Battle 2) < Lord Crump (Battle 2) < Cortez < Smorg < Bowser (Chapter 6, One-shotted Rawk Hawk) < Magnus Von Grapple 2.0 < Gloomtail < Marilyn (Battle 2) < Beldam (Battle 2) < Doopliss (Battle 3) < Sir Grodus < Kammy Koopa < Bowser (Battle 2) < Shadow Peach (One-shotted Sir Grodus) < Partners (Shadow Queen Battle) < Mario (Shadow Queen Battle) < Shadow Queen (Immune to any and all attacks) < Partners (Crystal Stars) < Mario (Crystal Stars) < Bonetail < Partners (Post-Game) < Mario (Post-Game)

Note: Mario became powerful enough to surpass himself when he had the Crystal Stars, which were used to weaken the Shadow Queen. In which no character was able to deal any damage to her. As shown in the Bonetail battle, Mario no longer needs them to harm someone who's above The Shadow Queen. Bonetail was stated by Goombella to be stronger than the Shadow Queen. And added with his better stats, it makes a lot of sense. Prior to that, Mario couldn't harm them at all. Up until Mini-Yoshi came, they were able to defeat them. Then when Mario as a shadow was fighting Doopliss, neither could harm each other. The next battle displays Mario beating... himself. After that, Bowser was able to one-shot Rawk Hawk, a previous boss. Shadow Peach (the Shadow Queen's weaker form), one-shots Grodus. Mario also survives that exact attack.

Toad < Luigi < Mario < Petey Piranha < Hoo < King Boo < Wiggler < Gooper Blooper < Blizzaurus < Giant Kamek < Army Hammer Bro < Bowser (Vibe Scepter) < Giant Bowser < Princess Peach

Note: The Vibe Scepter is stated to be a powerful item and has shown to strengthen others. Which was how the fodder minions captured Mario. Peach gained new powers, so for this specific game, she is the stronger one.

Baby Bowser (Battle 1) < Junior Shrooboid < Baby Luigi (Early Game) < Baby Mario (Early Game) < Luigi (Early Game) < Mario (Early Game) < Shroob UFO (One-shotted the Bros) < Hammer Bros < Swiggler (Drinks what powered the UFO's that one-shot the Bros) < Kamek < Sunnycide < Shrooboid Brat < Petey Piranha < Mrs. Thwomp < Baby Bowser (Battle 2) < Bowser (Battle 1) < Commander Shroob < Shroob-omb < Elder Shrooboid < Baby Luigi (End-Game) < Baby Mario (End Game) < Princess Shroob < Elder Princess Shroob < Elder Princess Shroob (Phase 2) < Elder Princess Shroob Soul < Bowser (End-Game) < Shrowser < Luigi (Late Game) < Mario (Late Game)

Note: The Bros at the start get one-shot by the Shroob UFO. Later on they fight the source of the UFO's, and the boss even uses the the source as an attack.

O' Chunks (Battle 1) < Fracktail < Mimi (Battle 1) < Big Blooper < Francis (Battle 1) < Mr. L < Brobot < O'Chunks (Battle 2, stated to be stronger) < O'Chunks (Battle 3, grew even stronger from a Floro Sprout) < King Croacus IV < Mimi (Battle 2) < Brobot L-Type < Underchomp < O'Chunks (Battle 4, stated and shown to be stronger) < Francis (Battle 2) < Mimi (Battle 3, implied to be stronger) < 100th Gate Duel < Wracktail < Shadoo < Peach < Luigi < Mario < Bowser < Count Bleck (Dark Prognosticus) < Dimentio

Note: O'Chunks was stated to be stronger in each battle. Mimi was also implied to have gotten stronger.

Note: The reasoning for scaling giant battles and Chakron here is due to the Dark Star. Its power was stated to be unfathomable and can rule the world. Chakron even stated they were in a "cosmic pickle". Fawful wanted the Dark Star's power to rule the world over using the castle instead, implying it's greater. At 50% of the Dark Star's power, he was surprised Bowser lived from the castle and was confidant that what he has will finally finish him off at only 50% power. Overall, The Dark Star is considered a much bigger than any of the giant bosses as stated by Starlow, Peach, and Fawful. And since they defeated them, they would be above. Bowser would also consistently gain stronger during each change in his body.

Additional Base Powers

Type 2 Immortality: This applies to a lot of characters, but in short, the cast can move after being crushed flat. He can also survive without a chunk of his face and stomach/torso.

Type 8 Immorality: Yet again immortality. This applies to the four heroes in their base form. As we know, the Underwhere is essentially Mario's hell. The ruler of said place is Queen Jaydes. She's stated to have power over life and deathwith it, she's able to return Mario back to the living world. So what this means is the cast cannot forever die, because anytime they do, Queen Jaydes will bring them back to life. We know she will do this, as she states that anytime they die, she will bring them back. Thus Mario, Peach, Luigi, and Bowser get immortality type 8.

Regeneration (High): In Paper Mario TOK, there's a pit that turns Mario into confetti. If you have enough HP, Mario returns to normal. Now, the other thing is to prove why confetti is atoms. As stated by Olivia, every part of the world is made by confetti. What this means is that everything physical is made of confetti. This is displayed as anything destroyed is restored by confetti itself. Even living beings use confetti. So yeah, High regen.

Passive Statistics Amplification: In The Origami King, whenever you stack a line of enemies, you get a strength boost of 1.5x. However, when there's only 3 or less enemies, the boost automatically stays. In Puzzles & Dragons, he can activate a strength boost up to 4x.

Enhanced Senses/Extrasensory Perception: Mario is able to fight, block, react, and do actions without eyes. Can sniff trouble. Reveals invisble things.

Shapeshifting: Can make himself look like others.

Toon Force: Swims in the air when accidently falling off a cliff in Super Mario RPG.

Healing: Survives an explosion and is shown to be fine right after. Can also heal via Healing Orbs.

Body Control: Can reshape his body back to normal size.

Pseudo-Teleportation, Flight, and Transformation: Turns into a ball of light and flies to his destination.

Duplication: Creates several clones.

Absorption: Whirls out and absorbs paint from others.

Stealth Mastery: Sneaks away from a sleeping Chain Chomp.

Information Anyalsis: Can scan other people's information and past. (FLUDD only)

Additional Resistances

Here are some additional abillites I think Mario should resist.

Mind Control: This one will apply a few others. I'll list off the general resistance. So the Power Stars are able to mind control characters inside the paintings as stated in the manual and Toad stating he was being brainwashed. So the potency of the mind control would be the size of the paintings (Low 2-C). This scales to Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Wario, Bowser, and Peach since she seemed fine when being released.

Mario's resistance however goes higher. On a conceptual level. Again, we already know paint is a concept. Including mind and memory. Well Black Paint is also able to mind control anyone who it covers. This is shown when affecting Bowser. So Black Paint has the power to mind control. How does this do against Mario? Black Paint Bowser's final attack will have him remove all of his own Black Paint and shoot it to Mario. And what happens when doing so? Aside from taking damage, he suffers no side effects. His body is covered in Black Paint, but Mario doesn't get controlled.

Morality Manipulation & Corruption: As shown above, Wiggler went from good to bad and was corrupted once using a Power Star. Now keep in mind this only applies if you are actually using its power, not just holding it. So since characters don't get this side affect when using it, they get a resistance to it. This applies to any user.

Ice Manipulation: Now this one is somewhat different working but eh. So Ice Bros can freeze others. Simple. He can freeze enemies in a huge block of ice when hitting them. Meanwhile Mario only gets harmed. Although there are games where he is frozen, but even then he only gets trapped for a second and breaks free immediately.

Poison Manipulation: Along with the cast of SM64, they can temporarily breathe the poison gas from Hazy Maze Cave. Normally when breathing poison, you eventually die, but everyone else is fine and just take some damage.

Soul Manipulation: Can survive having no paint in his body, which makes up the soul.

Limited Information Analysis: FLUDD couldn't scan Mario's weight.

Size Manipulation: Gets only shruken by a mushroom temporarily.

Reality Warping: Along with Bowser and Olivia, they were unaffected by King Olly folding the very fabric of reality.

Fate Manipulation: Once more. The Dark Prognosticus is a book that tells what happens in the future. Stated by the game and Nintendo Power, it does tell what happens in the future. It was even stated countries went into war for this book. Yet the book already knew this. So we know it's legit at telling the future. So the end of the book stated all worlds would be destroyed from the Void. So, The Light Tribe created the Light Prognosticus. A book to counter the Dark Prognosticus. It's stated that four heroes would be able to save everyone from The Void. The man in green (Luigi) is stated to be deciding which book is true. In the end, Luigi fuses with the Chaos Heart. Thus the Dark Prognosticus held priority. Despite this, the cast lives and defeats Super Dimentio. Dimentio himself asks if the propehcy was undone. Followed up by Tippi stating everyone chooses their own fate. The game then finishes with saying the dark prophecy was averted. So in the end, the four heroes resisted their fate to be consumed by the Void, and instead lived on. Again, this book was accurate for thousands of years, so for it to suddenly be wrong would be odd. Thus it grants them a resistance.
