Background
Users of the Eldritch Physiology are creatures whose disturbing otherness cannot be encompassed in any mortal tongue and defined by ignoring the natural laws of the universe as we understand them. Their true form can't be grasped by Mortal Beings and may be interpreted differently by different individuals/species.
