Background
Friday Night Funkin' is a rhythm game programmed by Ninjamuffin99 with soundtrack by Kawai Sprite and artwork by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r. It can be downloaded on Itch.io for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux devices or played on Newgrounds for free.
Friday Night Funkin' is drawn and animated in a chibi-like manner with an art style inspired by graffiti street art. The game features multiple weeks where the player is confronted with different opponents with multiple songs.
The player takes on the role of Boyfriend, a wannabe rapper, who is trying to win the heart of Girlfriend. However, her ex-rockstar father, Daddy Dearest, viciously disapproves of their relationship. The father challenges Boyfriend to a sing-off for him to prove his worth. Even if Boyfriend succeeds, it won't be the last time you will hear from him, and he won't be the only one to get in your way.
Power of the Verse
The verse is not all that strong physically ranging around Street level to Wall level, while they also have Massively Hypersonic speeds. They also have some decent hax such as Sealing, Durability Negation, Non-Physical Interaction, etc.

- Beatbox Battles: Beatbox Battles engage further then just a simple battle, it can lead to death. They also extend further than just simple beatbox battles as after Boyfriend wins characters trying to kill him or possess him are incapable of doing so.
Verse Scaling
Everyone naturally scales to Skid and Pump along with scaling to Boyfriend and Girlfriend’s speed feat of instantly reacting to frame one lightning.
