User:Sharaku Jr./Cyborg 009: "The Island is Gone!" ~ Fandub Eggman

All credit for the calculation goes to my good friend, The Irish VS Writer. An absolute fuckin' lad.

Context

At the tail end of the Mythos/Greek Gods Arc of the original Cyborg 009 manga's run, the nine Cyborgs are on Magma Island. Said island nukes all of itself through a massive volcanic eruption. 009 in particular is caught directly in the way of the volcano's explosion, and it's heavily implied he falls into the center of the crater.

Goddamn, the island really just up and fuckin' left. Anyways, this can scale to 009 and the rest of the Cyborgs' durability, as they literally were all on the island when it exploded. This should also scale to Joe's AP, as he can fight against enemies who can harm himself, plus Newton's Third Law and all that jazz (Since Joe isn't considered a glass cannon and can dish out what he can take). Additionally, the next time we see Joe, he's perfectly fine and functional. In fact, he's pursuing a career in racecar driving. Good job for him.

So yeah on with the calc.

The Actual Calc (Done by Irish)

There aren't a lot of shots of Magma Island that we see in the manga, but I was able to find a good one for Irish to pixel-scale.

He used the average height of a volcano for this.

We can also assume violent fragmentation because of... uh... well, you can see for yourself.

Acceleration Mode Multiplier

Self-Explanatory; Acceleration Mode doubles the force of Joe's attacks. So yeah, just multiply the result we got above by two.
