Godzilla (Shin Godzilla)

vs.

SCP-682 Fresh from containment.

Location: Seoul, South Korea

Scenario: Shin Godzilla heard about a specific K-Pop group which has said some very disrespectful stuff in the past about Godzilla, and his original home of Shenyang. Getting ready to cause mischief, he is immediately in conflict with SCP-682, who ends up running into him while trying to dodge a car from knocking him out. At this point, he has seen nothing else, thankful to free himself from the control of K-Pop, but upset his favorite food stands are being destroyed. Who wins this? The destroyer of K-Pop or the enjoyer of Gimbap. Or Shin Godzilla vs SCP-682 who wins?

I think SCP-682 would eventually adapt to Shin Godzilla, as it would recognize him as an extremely dangerous threat that cannot be underestimated. Their confrontation would likely escalate into a massive kaiju battle, with both monsters continuously evolving their tactics in an attempt to overpower the other. Shin Godzilla's constant evolution and devastating arsenal would make the fight incredibly destructive, forcing SCP-682 to repeatedly adapt in order to survive, SCP-682 has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to remain active for much longer periods in prolonged engagements, enduring overwhelming punishment thanks to its incredibly powerful regeneration and seemingly limitless adaptability. Once Shin Godzilla begins to weaken from exhaustion, SCP-682 would likely seize the opportunity to overwhelm it and emerge victorious after an extremely long and catastrophic clash.

The biggest issue with 682 threads is he possesses some of the most inconsistent adaptation, like electricity can make it go immobile and it took he was successfully transformed for 30 days from a bullet of SCP-2953 with the Foundation noting they would have a consistent way to contain him if they had more 2953 material. But also he can adapt to a narrative erasure multiversal effect that causes a good chunk of the omniverse to be destroyed.

So we know basically meta skills he adapts to better then lower end skills.

One thing I have noticed for Shin Godzilla's blood is that it is extremely acidic. We also know 682 has a harder time adapting to being dissolved. So this could be a genuine detriment to him.

On top of this the only real way to kill Shin Godzilla was effectively flash freezing him or else he would just regenerate. Mind you too even while Shin Godzilla is out of stamina, he has phased array sensors that instinctively shoot down anything trying to attack him while he's hibernating. 682's worst kind of matches too are against enemies physically tearing him apart, as they even noted 173 only didn't do lethal damage to him due to the size difference.

I may have to give this to Shin since 682 can be easily incapacitated while Shin is much harder to do that too.
