Jeff the Killer

Location: Woodcutter Ln Unit C, Wheaton, IL Scenario: Anko, having heard about cases from a local town of individuals slaughtered, believes there to have been a vampire attack and has prepared every single night for a battle to commence. In turn, the illustrious Jeff the Killer has been attempting to bait out a fight from this individual, until on the 13th day, a Friday, the two meet in the night. Anko is determined to put this possible vampire down, while Jeff wants to get rid of the one person capable of ruining his streak of carnage. Will the detective put a pin in this case, or will the bloodlust of the young Jeff take over? It's a classic battle of a monster to be slain.

Jeff's fighting style is very savage and lacks actual insight since he's just a bloodlusted lunatic, which Anko has already shown she can affect superhuman vampires that have the exact same issues Jeff have but are also superhuman and fast on top of that.

His pain tolerance will be an issue since he can keep fighting even while stabbed repeatedly or lit on fire but Anko can attack pressure points that can affect even superhumans and can predict how one fights even when they're in a berserk state of thinking only of killing.

So giving this to Anko.

Jeff's greatest claim is being a somewhat dangerous psychopath while Anko's lowest claim is being a suicidal but effective detective. Jeff is quite honestly her every day and I don't see a world where she doesn't outsmart and ruin him more than he ruined his victims. His ass is on the weakest list for a reason

Jeff gets snapped in half, his best skill feat is beating up some 12 years old who were so garbage with guns they missed all their shot. There's honestly little stopping Anko from just capping him repeatedly till he dies of death.
