There are 2 ways ways of calculating this, dividing 2 minutes 40 seconds in half which is what 2 bars lasts and it would be 1 min and 20 seconds so 2:40+1:20=exactly 4 minutes or the other way is convert 2:40 to seconds which is 160 seconds, divide it by 4 and each bar lasts 40 seconds. 40 x 6=240 seconds=4 minutes. Ami has a slight amount of energy left in the end so logically it should just be slightly above 4 minutes by a few seconds but since she faints a bit earlier 4 minutes is safer.
