Introduction
Duo travels around the planet to get rid of the evil energy during Mega Man's journey to Wily's fortress and stopping Wily. Duo basically explains it here.

So we have no direct timeframe for how long this takes but every stage shows it's still sunny outside, and it shouldn't have been that that long so I'm going to assume a hour.
Circumference of the Earth is 40,075 kilometers or 40075000.
