Introduction

Medaka moves so fast she steals all the ciaggerates off the delinquents and returns back to her position without any of them being able to see her.

Calculation

Using this shot as the main measurement.

This is the measurement of the entire room of guys and Medaka's measurements herself.

Assuming standard distance of 5 meters, we get 500 centimeters.

Now on top of this we need to also account that she picks their pockets without them noticing and stacked them all on a fan that wasn't in her hand prior, so we need to account for arm movement too, typical arm length is 63.9 cm for Japanese women. Now as she did this to 8 guys, 63.9 centimeters * 8 = 511.2 centimeters.

Total Movement is = 1,011.2 centimeters.

The human eye can see up to 120 fps and even 240 fps so we'll use a low end and high end for this.

Using this site, I can find how many milliseconds are in frames per second.

Low End=

120 fps is 8.333333333333334 milliseconds or 0.0083333333333333349524

Speed = (10.112 m)/(0.0083333333333333349524s) = 1,213.43999999999976424316928 m/s or Mach 3.5377259475218654217

Supersonic+

High End= 240 fps is 4.166666666666667 or 0.0041666666666666674762 seconds

Seeing as the point of Medaka is to hype her up as much as possible, I think the high-end is fine.
