This calc is going to be for what was originally 3-A on our wiki before we changed the tier 3 system to go from galaxy to different clusters. This will be based off how high the characters are that got changed to High 3-A for destroying all the physical matter in the universe or scaling to that potency as they are most certainly not baseline High 3-A.

So the original assumption for 3-A was a massive lowball of the observable universe though the issue with this is that a majority of the time in fiction the author is referring to the entire universe, and not merely the observable universe. The observable universe is used due to there being no actual measurement of the current size of our universe however, Currently via the use of inflation theory has the universe at about 23 trillion light years.
