Comparing the rock to Sonic here gives it a diameter of about 13.8051598168 centimeters.

The rock is 2px in the first shot. In the second shot, the explosion is 387px. This makes the explosion's diameter about 26.7129842455 meters.
Now this particular explosion is clearly an air explosion, so we'll be using the air formula.
Final Equation
