No pixel scaling needed thankfully. Just need to find how powerful the explosion was and how much Bullseye actually survived.

As you can see its stated that the shockwave managed to be felt around 20 city blocks away. One city block is 80.4672 metres so 20 of them are 1609.344 metres however the radius of this explosion is actually 804.672 metres.
