Season 1 Episode 1, Ace Degenerate:
Even though Johnny was able to easily beat up Kyler and his friends, he was still occasionally pushed, thrown, and was harmed by their punches. Unlike Any tier above, tier 10 is a very broad tier and this would provide narrative sense to this unlike if Johnny was 9-B, Kyler would have punched and broke his hand. Even though he can wrestle he's still just a teenager compared to Johnny who's a full grown adult.
