Kai Splits a Mountain
In this scene, Kai slams into the ground so hard, it splits the mountain behind it. Po is 6'2" or 1.8796 m . In the image, Po is about 371 px while Oogway is about 350 px.
(1.8796/371)*350=1.77320754717 m
Now, in this image, assuming the main portion of the glowing trail is Oogway, that would mean he's about 23 px while the length of the mountain is about 886 px.
(1.77320754717/23)*886=68.3070385562 m
I'll be using shear force to find how much energy he'd need to split the mountain usin shear force. Using the area of a circle, we get a surface area of:
pi*34.1535192781^2=3664.5512116 m^2
The average MPa of rock is 60 MPa or 60000000 n/m^2. The value to change shear force to tensile is 0.6.
3664.5512116*60000000*.6=131923843618 N
Multiplying it by the diameter now, we get:
