Introduction
Accuracy Manipulation is the ability for the user to manipulate accuracy, making attacks, movements, calculations, guesses, etc. either accurate or inaccurate. On lower levels it allows someone to raise their own accuracy to be able to hit targets more often, while on higher levels users will be able to essentially made their attack undodgeable or always lock on to a target, along with make attacks completely miss them by making all attacks inaccurate. This can sometimes mesh into Probability Manipulation.
