E-123 Omega makes a hole in Eggman's Arsenal Pyramid.  We'll use the in-game stage of the Arsenal Pyramid as our reference (I know this isn't ideal, but the frame we have in the comic doesn't have much for reference).

Sonic's official height is one meter tall.

Sonic is 18.4px in this shot, whereas the top of the pyramid is 1057.7px. This makes the tip length 57.4836956448 meters.

Comparing the tip here to the weird circle-pad thing gives us a reference length of 317.377099711 meters.

Finally, comparing the circle to the explosion makes the explosions' radius 387.988455386 meters.

(Redoing the calc in 2023, I realize radius makes far more sense for this since the other half of the explosion is inside the pyramid)

Final Equation

This was a ground explosion, so our formula is 387.988455386^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2 = 4.69398746 Kilotons of TNT, nearly halfway into Multi-City Block level.
