Pretty famous feat here. Basically in Marvel Presents Vol.1 #52 released in 1988, Hulk destroyed an asteroid twice the size of the Earth. Just thought to put my own spin on it.

Who does this scale to

Quite a few people actually. Basically Grey Hulk is considered the weakest of the Hulk's so I think personally this can be used for the power of a held back Thor and anyone that can contend with him like Magneto for example. Along with Captain Marvel in her base form since she managed to beat him with no issue. This can also be used to scale to Namor and Thing since they managed to fight Green Hulk who as mentioned should be a good bit stronger than Grey Hulk.
