Feat
In this one scan alone, we see Samus used Speed Booster to:
- Escape the gravitational pull of Zebes [Note this was before 960x gravity Zebes was even a thing], a speed feat High Hypersonic (Mach 33) assuming Zebes is akin to Earth's gravity.
- Hear a Space Pirate's wish from literally several kilometers away. Enhanced Senses feat.
- Fall down crashing back to Zebes and crashing into an asteroid with escape velocity, which would require
Math for this one: 1/2 * 90 kg (Samus' canon weight, without the suit, so it is a low-ball) * 11200 m / s ^ 2 (Escape Velocity) = 5.6448×10^9 joules, or Building level.
It should also be noted, however, that 4koma Samus even without the suit is quite heavy, as she broke through a floor in the Ceres Research Station alone through sheer weight.
New Summer Night's Dream
Samus uses Shinespark this time, and explodes?
Samus' height is 6' 3 inches in Super Metroid, or about 1.9 meters.
Plugging that in, the explosion's radius is about 37 meters in size, which in the NTF method results in... 2.307 Tons or Large Building level (Thank you to Darkanine for noticing a flaw in the calc).
That's about it.
