Electricity Manipulation is the ability to manipulate electricity. Users are able to alter the movement of electrons, allowing them to generate and project electricity, or conduct it into their system. Due to the sheer variety of the ability's applications, some characters may only have the ability to discharge surges of electricity or control lightning, whereas higher tier characters may be able to affect the very fundamental electrons of matter itself.
