Doc Scratch can repair the existence from the Scratch as if it was a mere game disc. He also views the events within the disc as a TV show. He also views the history of Homestuck as a photobook.
This makes Doc Scratch High 2-B (From his previous two statements), likely 2-A. Also, considering that Doc admitted Bec Noir is stronger than himself, Bec Noir upscales from this.
