Ajani's beliefs have evolved over the years. When his spark first manifested (over the loss of his brother), he believes that channeling his rage toward avenging his fallen loved one was the correct path. He let his seething rage drive him forward, ignoring how his actions affected those around him. However, spending time with Elspeth morphed these views and, ultimately with her death, showed him that his fury wasn't the correct path to inner peace. His specialty is magic of the purification of body and soul: spells that heal and strengthen his allies, and spells that evoke the inner, spiritual essence of others.

Ajani is primarily white-aligned but secondarily green. He formerly had access to red mana but lost access to it after learning that rage doesn't bring peace. As Ajani planeswalks, he disappears in a golden light storm.

Rage is a dangerous weapon. Your enemies will try to use your anger against you. Use it against them first.
In the wild, white fur like mine is an aberration. We lack natural camouflage, but the inability to hide encourages other strengths.
Retribution is best delivered by claws and rage, with both magnified.
Rage is not the answer. Rage followed by fitting vengeance is the answer.
Blades dull and armor dents. Marisi taught us that instinct is the only thing a true warrior needs.
Until all have found their place, I will keep watch.
~ Oath of Ajani
Wherever the strong would harm the weak, I will be there.
If you can't save yourself, you fight to give someone else a chance.
Duty, honor, and valor are either in your heart or they are not. You will never know for certain until you are tested.
If we die, we die. But we cannot let him win
