Currently, the Low 2-B stuff doesn't scale to physicals. It should.
Sol and Jack-O' are rated as Low 2-B with Adam and Eve's seeds, as if they are items that they use for the Low 2-B stuff to happen. This is slightly misleading. These two seeds were created created by the Original and installed as the Scales of Juno and the Flame of Corruption, which Sol is the latter and Justice/Jack-O' (also Ky gets it later) are the former. Sol doesn't hold the seed, he IS the seed.
Furthermore, the seeds cause Absolute World, which involves information flares flaring up, which is what happens when Sol activates Dragon Install, or basically showing off his true form.
Thus, the characters should be Low 2-B physically.
