Background
Curse Manipulation is the ability to inflict curses and/or control the nature of curses. Curses are fantasy abilities explicitly intended to cause harm and misfortune to the target. Curses are mainly described as magical in nature and usually fall under the Black Arts classification, but sometimes fall under a totally different designation.
