Summary
The Ability to bring death to living things though the means of doing so may be different the outcome remains the same from being Able to make beings age millions of years a second causing them death instantly to shutting body functions off instantaneously, to even impose the concept of death upon others.
Limitations
Beings Above and or removed from and its death are immune to this ability
