Background

Order Manipulation (opposite of Chaos Manipulation) is the ability to manipulate the inherent order of things. Order in a manipulation sense can refer to multiple things, but typically defers to a chronological order of events and a level of balance.

Lower level applications of Order Manipulation have users simply maintain balance in the universe, making sure bad things never go too awry. Higher level applications act as a superior form of Fate Manipulation, controlling the order of events for one's benefit. The latter is of course much more flexible, allowing for the user to postpone or outright deny an event.
