Summary
The ability to have control of willpower. This is a subset of Empathic Manipulation. Users of this ability can change the willpower of themselves or the opponent, making it so the user has endless tenacity, or make it so the victim doesn't want to do anything, etc.
Limitations
- Opponents with no sense of willpower completely negate the ability.
- Tenacity can only get the user so far.
