Very simple calc, just finding the size of the solarian warriors. This will be easy since it matches Rainbow Kaiju in size and Star can be seen inside of the rainbow kaiju.

This makes the Rainbow Kaiju armor 1,297.65306122449 cm or 12.976530612244900453 so around 13 meters.
So about Large Size type 1.

Solarian is 678 px and the sword is 919 px
1,758.913220155319 cm or 17.589132201553191237, nearly 18 meters. Star was able to briefly hold this mind you, so let's see what she'd get off of this.
