Introduction
Making this to scale all explosive projectiles in Minecraft for scaling purposes (And because our current calculation for a TNT explosion is rather outdated in comparison to the modern formulas we do).
Do take note that things like fragmentation, violent fragmentation, pulverization, etc. are not allowed for Minecraft (See our verse page for further explanation).
Explosive Time
Ghast Fireball
Starting with the weakest explosive projectile in-game (In terms of explosive radius), we have the Ghast fireball.
Looking at this video, we get a diameter of three blocks, or three cubic meters.
1.5^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2 = 0.00027124347 tons of TNT, just barely above Room level.
Creeper Explosion
The Creeper explosion has a diamter of five blocks, or five cubic meters.

TNT Block Explosion
The Full diameter of an average TNT Block explosion is typically seven blocks, or seven cubic meters.

Respawn Beacon
The Respawn Beacon explosion has an even radius of four block, which is four cubic meters.

A singular End Crystal produces a diameter of nine blocks, or nine cubic meters.

Bed & Charged Creeper Explosion
A bed has a radius of five blocks, or five cubic meters.

A charged Creeper has about the same explosive yeild, moving on.
Wither Explosion
The biggest explosion diameter belongs to the Wither which is a whopping twenty to twenty-one blocks in diameter.
We'll go with twenty blocks as a low-ball. 10^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2 = 0.08036843569 tons of TNT, our first and only Small Building level explosion.
