Hat in Time Speed Calculations This is pain.
Train Rush Travel Speed
Hat Kid runs to the front of a train in less than 2 minutes. https://youtu.be/ZhmLqNlQ4Ek
According to this source, the average train is up to 2.41 km long: https://www.insurancejournal.com/news/national/2017/12/07/473390.htm#:~:text=SMART%20Union%20transportation%20division%20spokesman,long%20since%20Harrison%20took%20over.
So 2410 meters.
She made it in 1 minute and 20 seconds, aka 90 seconds
Now we’re going to shave off all the seconds that were forced pit stops/player being stupid to get the best hypothetical timeframe she could’ve made it in: https://youtu.be/ZhmLqNlQ4Ek?t=42 We shave off like a second here
https://youtu.be/ZhmLqNlQ4Ek?t=75 We shave off 13 seconds here because she literally had to travel around these block shaped things
https://youtu.be/ZhmLqNlQ4Ek?t=95 Shave off a second here cause the player got damaged
https://youtu.be/ZhmLqNlQ4Ek?t=102 Another second here cause player got damaged
https://youtu.be/ZhmLqNlQ4Ek?t=106 4 seconds here for the same reason as the 13 seconds
https://youtu.be/ZhmLqNlQ4Ek?t=115 Another 4 seconds here for the same reason
https://youtu.be/ZhmLqNlQ4Ek?t=116 6 seconds here for the same reason
https://youtu.be/ZhmLqNlQ4Ek?t=123 5 seconds here for the same reason
We can now subtract all of that and go with 55 seconds divide it by 2410 meters and you get 43.81818181818182 m/s or Subsonic.
Hat Kid vs an Electrical Current
Hat Kid can move faster than an electrical current all the while on a tightrope. https://imgur.com/a/VSHZ7nx
For this I did another recording of her traveling across a line vs how fast the electrical current itself did. https://imgur.com/a/imTa7sc
Originally had a calc here, but this one is far better to use.
