Summary
Users are beyond / outside the concept of everything, including all aspects of time, space, dimensions, concepts, and existence and can't be part of anything. They basically are within the absolute nothingness that is beyond everything including concepts such as time, space, death, life and existence. (Note: Being Transcendent doesn't automatically makes you Omnilock, as you need to be beyond everything, which varies in different fictional verses.)
Limitations
- Tier 0 or High 1-A can affect this.
- Users with type 2, 4 or 5 Plot Manipulation can affect this.
