Introduction

Power Manifestation is the ability to create supernatural abilities, the user can create/manifest/develop virtually any ability, be it existing or brand new, and bestow it to others or themselves. This can be done through learning, training, passively, or by naturally just thinking about wanting an ability and making it exist.
