Crater Diameter = 306 px = 89.40 cm

Crater Radius = 44.7 cm

Crater Depth = 25.4 cm (The average human's chest thickness is 10″)

I'll treat the crater as a half-ellipsoid.

Volume = 2/3*pi*44.7*44.7*25.4 = 106293.66 cc

Assuming concrete, the toughness value for concrete is 0.4 j/cc.

Formula is: ((Total Volume(V¹) * (Percentage reduction(V²)) * Fracture Toughness(F)
