Summary
In this blog, I'll be trying to explain the Pokémon cosmology and why Arceus, The Creation Trio, and those who scale to them are the tiers they are
1st: The Pokémon Verse uses the Many-Worlds interpretation, which that leads to High 2-B
The first main point is that as said above, the Pokémon verses use the Many-Worlds Interpretation, which is both shown in the anime, where it states that every single action made equals to a separated universe where that action was reversed or wasn't made and that any possibility creates a new universe, while in games, on ORAS, the Delta episode alludes to different universes bringing different possibilities from Zinnia's comment about the Dimensional Shifter and we can see a universe for each possibility too, and in Ultra Sun and Moon, the Ultra Wormholes are warps that leads to countless Worlds (Worlds means universes in this context)
Now how does that equates to High 2-B and not just really really high into 2-B? Simple! 4 reasons
1st reason: Lucian's statement
"...Ah, hello. You’re here to read, too? Books are wonderful things. The thoughts of people written in books stretch beyond time and space. I was just reading a collection of letters written by an artist long ago. More precisely, they were written to the artist's younger brother. 'The stars above tantalize from across infinite space. Feeling their gaze from so far away, I am charmed again by life.' The artist must have come to a conclusion seeing the night sky... It's an affirmation of life. It's very moving. I imagine we'll see each other again at the Pokémon League. Take care."
Reason 2: TCG statement
The Trading Card Game alludes to the existence of Infinite Space:
"Prepare to blast through the atmosphere! When you play with an Infinite Space theme deck, the fantastic powers of the cosmos are at your command! Palkia's Transback attack knocks an opponent's forces off the battlefield—making it almost impossible to put together an offensive against you! And, once you've silenced your opposition, Exploud will rip space apart with its Ambient Noise attack that blasts them out into nothingness!"
Reason 3: Reflection Cave
With the cave and it's mirrors leading to constant new universes, worlds being different variants from each other, the number of worlds that come from this doesn't have an actual limit since the universes aren't being created as in there are new mirrors. These universe's are already existing worlds, connected to each other by the mirrors, making this an infinite chain of universes.
Reason 4: Musada's quote and Ultra Wormholes
Pokemon Cosmology, "countless" in this case for Ultra Wormholes can equal Infinite as well, giving this more supporting evidence overall. In short, Space and Time in Pokémon means all the universes in the Pokémon Multiverse, and this includes infinite parallel universes as a result of that.
