Resistance Manipulation

Summary
This ability gets rid of the opponent's crutch of being resistant to certain abilities. For example, say the opponent is resistant to existence erasure. This ability would make said resistance naught, and allows the attacker to use another move to erase the opponent from existence. These often stack and the highest level can completely negate immunities.
