Probability Manipulation is the ability to modify probability, which makes the improbable more likely, and vice versa. This ability can take effect in different ways. This ability may seem like just supernatural luck, or it can be used more actively for the defense to make attacks miss without reasons and in the same way, it can be used to ensure that attacks are always hit. At a high level, it can be used to create things that would be completely impossible or make things certainties. Due to the many potential applications of this ability, it is exceptionally versatile and its capabilities need to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
