Pretty simple CRT, basically throughout Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency it's consistently shown that Zombies, Vampires, Hamon Users, and Pillar Men's durability is drastically lower than what their attack potency is

A vampire from the beginning of P1 broke its hand performing by breaking a wall with Dio stating its body can't handle its own power

Tarkus broke all of his bones by falling through a wall despite weaker zombies like Jack the Ripper being able to preform far more destructive feats

A vampiric Dio straight up gets harmed by a regular person

Jonathan was able to harm Dio despite his Hamon not connecting

Its explained that Hamon is able to destroy things as it travels through the object so the argument of Jonathan was still amped by the Hamon doesn't work (Along with the fact that Hamon isn't technically amping the user based on how it destroys stuff)

Joseph was able to draw blood from Straizo despite his Hamon not connecting

Wamuu was able to draw blood from Kars with a single kick despite Kars being stated to be superior to him

Esidisi was able to gouge out Loggins lungs with a single kick yet can be heavily harmed by Joseph who is around Loggins in Hamon skill

Wamuu is able to fracture Caesar's arm with a single attack but Joseph is able to heavily harm Wamuu despite Joseph being comparable to Caesar

Wired Beck is stated to be able to tear off Joseph's face despite begin a vampire which are weaker than the Pillar Men who Joseph is able to harm

So what should the durability of these characters be?

Dio and Straizo should just be 10-A since regular humans can harm them

Tarkus could be 9-B since he could upscale to his human self who's skin was so hard it took a few axes to kill him but his rage was the cause of this so idk

Pre-DPO Jonathan can take a hit from Will so he and those who scale to him might be fine (although the whole "Hamon doesn't amp the user thing" could be a problem for Hamon users in general)

Post-DPO Jonathan is unharmed by Tarkus and can take hits from Dio and other Hamon users so he and those who scale to him might be fine

Pre-Training Joseph was able to withstand being launched into metal with enough force to break it so he might just he and those who scale are just regular 9-B instead of 9-B+ (also counts for ap cause harming Straizo is no longer a 9-B+ feat)

While Santana was unharmed by Pre-Training Joseph its explained that his skin is like Straizo's scarf and thus Joseph's Hamon wasn't connecting so he might just be 10-A

As shown above Post-Training Joseph and Caesar can trade blows so they and those who scale to them should be 9-B

As shown above other Pillar Men like Wamuu, Esidisi, and Kars are never really shown to take hits from Joseph and co without serious damage so they might be 10-A

TL;DR

Vampires, Most Zombies, and Pillar Men get 10-A dura

P1 Hamon Users stay the same

P2 Hamon users get nerfed to regular 9-B in both ap and dura

Tarkus might have 9-B dura if not 10-A, 9-B when mad
