Water Walking is the ability to travel on the surface of water without breaking it.
Summary
The user can stand, walk or run on the surface of water and can move across it as easily as they would travel on land.
This could be accomplished by defying surface tension, through sheer speed, by releasing energy that keeps the water under their feet stable or by manipulating the water itself to make a solid surface.
