War is where the young and stupid are tricked by the old and bitter into killing each other. I was very young, and very angry. Maybe that is no excuse...
~ Niko Bellic

Background

Credit: GTA Wiki

Niko Bellic is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto IV and a supporting character in The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. He is also mentioned by Lester Crest and Patrick McReary in Grand Theft Auto V.

Niko grew up in SFR Yugoslavia, where he fought in the Yugoslav Wars. He later worked for organized crime syndicates as a hired-gun in Liberty City. Ever since the Yugoslav Wars ended, Niko's main goal in life was to find and kill one of two men: Florian Cravic or Darko Brevic, for one of them betrayed and nearly killed him during the Wars. Niko is the younger cousin of Roman Bellic and the son of Milica Bellic.

Statistics

Tier: At least 9-C, possibly 9-A, higher with melee weapons and firearms, Low 8-C with explosive weapons

Name: Niko Bellic

Origin: Grand Theft Auto

Sex: Male

Age: 30 by the time GTA IV takes place, 35 by the time GTA V takes place

Classification: Human

Dimensionality: 3-D

Attack Potency: At least Street level (Can bust open locked doors off their hinges. Easily broke Dardan Petrela's arm. Knocked Gracie Ancelotti out with one punch. Harmed Brucie Kibbutz with a casual jab, with Brucie being a steroid-using bodybuilder. Brucie himself broke the nose of his older brother Mori, who is also a bodybuilder, with one strike, which requires this much energy. Comparable to Johnny Klebitz and Luis Lopez and can replicate their feats. Johnny knocked police officers out with one blow on two occasions and Luis knocked out people with one blow on three occasions. Capable of trading blows with those capable of harming him), possibly Room level (He can force Dardan Petrela through a huge window, causing it to shatter. Capable of trading blows with those capable of harming him), higher with melee weapons (Considerably superior to his own melee strikes, the much less physically capable Martin Madrazo was capable of knocking Michael De Santa down with one hit) and firearms (His arsenal ranges from low-caliber weapons like handguns, SMGs and assault rifles over to shotguns and sniper rifles which can easily blast chunks out of stone columns, take out armored Noose units with one shot and have a comparable damage output to Luis Lopez' explosive shotgun, which is capable of severely denting vehicles with a single shot), Small Building level with explosive weaponry (Ray Bulgarin tore apart a decent chunk of a plane with a single grenade, he uses the same explosive weapons as the other playable characters, whereas a single one of Johnny Klebitz' pipe bombs could easily blow up the reinforced prison gates of the Alderney State prison and Luis Lopez could blow up a crane with sticky bombs)

Durability: At least Street level (Unaffected after falling from a helicopter and into the ocean. Superior to Patrick McReary, who can withstand a close range explosion and ends up merely knocked unconscious for a brief period), possibly Room level (He should scale to the GTA V protagonists feat of being able to tank trucks ramming into them at high speed; unlike them, he is capable of tanking being close to a car explosion)

Striking Strength: At least Street Class, possibly Room Class

Lifting Strength: At least Athletic Human (Effortlessly overpowered Brucie Kibbutz who claims to "bench-press 450 [pounds]")

Travel Speed: At least Athletic Human, possibly Peak Human (Is a former child soldier and has been keeping a fit lifestyle ever since, can easily outrun police officers and trained Noose units. Slightly faster than Johnny Klebitz, who scales to Jim Fitzgerald, a former US Marine)

Combat Speed: At least Superhuman (Should be comparable to Huang Lee, who dodged a rocket at point-blank range, albeit at a distance. Can fight against police officers who can react to rockets at a distance as well), Superhuman+ to Supersonic with firearms

Reaction Speed: At least Superhuman

Stamina: Peak Human (He claims to have swam across the Adriatic Sea without stopping after being involved in a horrible shipwreck. Despite the fact that he was implied by himself to suffer drawbacks from Little Jacob's marijuana, he was able to pilot a helicopter perfectly fine)

Range: Standard Melee by himself and with Knife, Extended Melee with Baseball Bat, Tens of Meters to Kilometers with firearms

Intelligence: Gifted (He is a former child soldier, helicopter pilot and has been implied to have been a tank operator as well. Johnny Klebitz, who was capable of shooting his way through the Alderney State prison with no preperation time and only four allies stated that he wouldn't want Niko coming after him, calling him deranged. Patrick McReary, who is perfectly capable of executing complex heists highly competently alongside the likes of Michael De Santa, Franklin Clinton and Trevor Philips stated that he was a man to be feared. Additionally, Lester Crest heavily implied that Niko would have been a highly helpful asset to Michael and co.'s missions, which includes breaking into the U.S. Secret Services building and robbing the Union Depository, which is the holder of the national gold reserves)

A brother might stab you in the back, a woman certainly will, but a bike will never let you down.

Luis: You're hard work, bro.

Timur: Fuck you. You are hard work. Don't even know what you are.

Luis: Hey, I know who I am. Sure, I do bad shit, but that ain't what I'm going to be forever.

~ Conversation between Timur, the right-hand man of Ray Bulgarin, and Luis Lopez in the mission 'Dropping In'
