Oldwalker Tier Adjustment
Their tiers should be changed to 2-C, Low 1-C Environmental Destruction/Restoration. Sure, they can create rifts, but this is the side effect of their power, and they would eat up the multiverse (with themselves) and they have to sacrifice their life or spark to mend them. They still can create universal planes with their own space-time and travel through rifts, so 2-C and Extra-Temporal are fine.
