Instead of rewriting the profiles, I'm just going to take some notes on what needs to be revised for the profiles in general.

Speed

The speed is all over the play. Most characters are Superhuman, possibly Supersonic, Jonathan Joestar is Hypersonic+, Part 6 characters are Massively Hypersonic, and the Top-Tiers are FTL.

Stand Scaling

For whatever reason, most times in dura, stand users are equal to their stands. This is not consistent with the series at all, and stand users have a ton of anti-feats. Generally, stand users should be 10-A or 9-C, maybe a few 9-B ones. Stands should be 9-A or Low 8-C hopefully there will be upgrades
