Stardew Valley bombs have pretty big areas of effect. I'll calc the bombs and mega bombs.
Bombs
Average human height here is 83 px (1.7526 meters).
Formula is ((explosion radius in meters/.28)^3)/2 = grams in tnt.
Half of 465 is 232.5 px, which is 4.90939156626506 meters.
((4.90939156626506/.28)^3)/2 = 2695.12509 grams of tnt
Mega Bombs
Same measurements as before, 83 px is human height.
Radius is 290 px, or 6.123542168674699 meters.
((6.123542168674699/.28)^3)/2 = 5230.02842 grams of tnt
Results
Bombs: 2.69 kg of tnt, Wall level
Mega Bombs: 5.23 kg of tnt, Small Building level
