The following information comes from Strunton on Deviantart: https://www.deviantart.com/strunton/journal/Shantae-Calc-Storming-Pirates-778077550

At the end of Shantae and the Pirate's Curse, the big bad of the series makes a storm that covers Scuttle Town. Surprisingly, the energy it would take for Pirate Master to make a storm of this magnitude has never been calc'd...until today. Before we start, with most storm calcs, we need to find the distance to the horizon. In order to do that, we need to use this distance to horizon calculator.

http://www.ringbell.co.uk/info/hdist.htm

We need an observation height. Normally, most people would be quick to use Shantae's height, however, there's another source we should be using that will give use a more accurate result; the tower Shantae climbs. But how tall is the tower? This is where all the hard work comes in. See, there's no shot that fully shows the tower itself. Thankfully, the entire level focuses on Shantae climbing the thing in multiple rooms. So what I have to do is find the height of each room, and then add them together to get the observation height.

(Here comes a lot of pictures)

Okay, Shantae doesn't have a confirmed height, but Locksmith and Gnoggin estimated that Shantae is likely 1.63 Meters tall. Given that most girls around Shantae's age are about this height, this is probably accurate. Use Shantae's height and divide it by her height in px (115) and 1 px equals 1.41495652174 cm. With that out of the way, let's get to the calcing.

601 px = 850.388869566 cm

701 px = 991.88452174 cm

207 px = 292.896 cm

489 px = 691.913739131 cm

415 px = 587.206956522 cm

655 px = 926.79652174 cm

381 px = 539.098434783 cm

585 px = 827.749565218 cm

485 px = 686.253913044 cm

717 px = 1014.52382609 cm

761 px = 1076.78191304 cm

461 px = 652.294956522 cm

661 px = 935.28626087

371 px = 524.948869566 cm

501 px = 708.893217392 cm

655 px = 926.79652174 cm

397 px = 561.737739131 cm

719 px = 1017.35373913 cm

385 px = 544.75826087 cm

555 px = 785.300869566 cm

653 px = 923.966608696 cm

381 px = 539.098434783 cm

619 px = 875.858086957 cm

401 px = 567.397565218 cm

689 px = 974.905043479 cm

431 px = 609.84626087 cm

585 px = 827.749565218 cm

631 px = 892.837565218 cm

Alright. Add all these values together and we now know that the tower Shantae is climbing is 21354.5238261 cm or 213.545238261 meters. Now we can put this value into the Distance to Horizon calculator.

http://www.ringbell.co.uk/info/hdist.htm

Distance to the horizon is 52200 meters. Alright, so we're almost done. Now we just have to plug in the right numbers into the following formula to get our answer:

((pi * distance to horizon in meters^2 * 8000) * 1.003) * CAPE

CAPE, to put it simply, is what reflects the intensity of the storm. There are three different values. Low instability is 1000 J. Medium instability is 2500 J. High instability is 4000 J. Given it's both raining and lightning, we can use the High Instability value. So let's plug and chug and the results we get our...

((pi * 52200^2 * 8000) * 1.003) * 4000 = 2.7475259e+17 Joules or over 65 Megatons of TNT. That's City Level. And there we are! Pirate Master's storm yields city level results.
