In Original Sin Issue 1, The Thing and Spider-Man fight against a Mindless One and manage to defeat it. However, The Mindless One then pulls out the Ultimate Nullifier and shoots himself in the head with it causing an explosion which both characters tanked without too much damage. I'll be calculating how much Spider-Man actually tanked (because Thing has much greater durability).

It is mentioned that this explosion destroyed 5 city blocks and from what we can see in this panel it sounds about right. One city block is 80.4672 metres so 5 of them equals 402.336 metres.
